Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with bra fittings and responding to customer cues
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (cash wrap)
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, processing, and floor-ready preparation
• Execute floorset activities and assist with housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized shopping environment
• Build customer loyalty through the company Rewards Program

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
