Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with and selling to customers
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with perfect bra fittings
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom standards
• Replenish merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and support loss prevention efforts

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
