Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assistance, including specialized bra fitting services
• Deliver an efficient and friendly checkout experience at the cash wrap, processing transactions accurately
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure products are floor-ready and available for purchase
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, housekeeping, and organized backroom management
• Support loss prevention efforts and store strategy to reduce shrink
