Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge, including assisting customers with the perfect bra fit
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Maintain brand standards through merchandise replenishment, floor sets, and back room organization
• Support store operations including housekeeping, loss prevention awareness, and inventory processing

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
