Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with finding the perfect bra fit
• Deliver efficient and friendly service at the cash wrap, processing transactions accurately
• Process and replenish merchandise to ensure the sales floor is floor-ready and meets brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including the back room and sales floor
• Support store strategy by building customer loyalty through the Rewards Program

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
