Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with finding the perfect bra fit
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process merchandise to ensure it is floor-ready and maintain back room standards
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product availability
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and assist with store housekeeping

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
