Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and assist customers with finding the perfect bra fit
• Deliver a friendly and efficient checkout experience at the cash wrap, processing transactions accurately
• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom and understock standards
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and assist with housekeeping tasks

• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
