Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and providing expert product knowledge
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions and reading cues
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process merchandise to be floor-ready and maintain backroom and understock to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising brand standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and support loss prevention efforts to reduce shrink

• Resilience and the ability to bounce back quickly from setbacks
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
