Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by personally engaging with customers and responding to their needs
• Provide expert bra fitting services by asking effective questions to ensure the perfect fit
• Deliver an efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale
• Process and replenish merchandise to maintain brand standards and ensure product availability
• Execute floorset activities and maintain back room organization to support efficient replenishment
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to visual merchandising and loss prevention standards

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
