About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to deliver a premium in-store experience to consumers
- Coach team members and provide leadership, development, and feedback
- Drive sales performance by assisting the team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Partner with the Coach – Selling & Service to lead designated store zones
- Inspire and motivate the team to maintain a positive and fun work environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in-store selling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- Natural sense of urgency and passion for the Nike brand
- Full availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
