About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of private sales in accordance with company policies
  • Manage consignment agreements, legal contracts, and terms of sale
  • Ensure all legal and compliance documentation including AML and photo ID are on file
  • Liaise with clients and manage property throughout the sale cycle
  • Coordinate movement of property with shipping coordinators, cataloguers, and external vendors
  • Work with Specialists and Compliance to track and resolve outstanding issues
  • Coordinate post-sale transactions including account adjustments, invoicing, and statements
  • Monitor House Property and support inventory management initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business administration, operations, or client service
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (must be able to read and write Traditional Chinese)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in business administration or an equivalent field
  • Competencies in legal, finance, or project management
