Seller Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, and report on marketing campaigns across eBay owned channels
• Support the eBay Seller team with rollout of activity across web, push, SMS, and CRM
• Define campaign briefs in collaboration with internal teams
• Execute campaigns including email, onsite banners, webpages, push notifications, and SMS
• Report on campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations based on data
• Support global programs, product changes, and campaign rollouts
• Create audience briefs and simple target lists
• Brief promotions and build terms & conditions webpages

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a marketing coordinator role
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze, or similar CRM tools
• Ability to work autonomously and learn quickly
• Strong prioritization, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
• Experience managing reporting and delivering actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve marketing goals
