About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality Chinese sellers to the Amazon Mexico marketplace.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective sellers through proactive outreach, networking, and partnership initiatives.
- Provide hands-on support to new sellers during the critical launch phase, guiding them through account setup, catalog creation, and best practices.
- Analyze seller metrics and sales data to provide tailored consulting advice that accelerates sales velocity and account health.
- Identify and remove operational, logistical, or knowledge-based blockers that hinder seller growth.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of Chinese sellers, acting as their primary advocate.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and share lessons learned with global Amazon teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional or military experience.
- Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and targets.
