Sell-Side Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at strategic sell-side clients
• Serve as a proactive product expert to deliver tailored success plans and drive platform usage
• Advise clients on integrating Daloopa AI tools into their tech stack
• Monitor account health to identify and mitigate churn risk
• Channel structured client feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Drive customer advocacy through references and case studies
• Own retention and net revenue retention for an enterprise portfolio
• Partner with Sales to surface upsell and expansion opportunities

Requirements

• Prior CSM experience managing enterprise sell-side or financial services clients
• Deep understanding of equity research or sell-side workflows
• Experience advising customers on AI workflows and integrations
• Proven ability to manage a complex, multi-account book of business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior decision-makers
• Ability to synthesize client feedback into actionable product improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CFP
