Sell Out Performance Sr Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sell-out performance strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share across OTC and OTX portfolios.
• Own the OTC/OTX portfolio, including forecasting, P&L management, pricing, and distribution.
• Identify and execute demand acceleration opportunities through trade actions, promotional initiatives, and incentive campaigns.
• Manage the area budget and ensure efficient resource allocation across physical and digital channels.
• Develop and implement e-commerce plans and regional commercial strategies.
• Lead the CPFR team to improve numeric and weighted distribution and ensure shelf visibility at the point of sale.
• Manage and develop internal sell-out teams, promoting a performance-driven commercial culture.
• Monitor key trade KPIs such as sell-through, presence, coverage, and market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industry, retail, or distribution, specifically within the pharmaceutical business.
• Proven experience in Commercial and/or Trade management areas.
• Strong knowledge of Pharma Trade, e-commerce, and financial management.
• Basic English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in leading multifunctional teams and managing Joint Business Plan (JBP) discussions.
