About the role
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships in the project and business markets
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increased sales
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and follow up on agreements from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with the technical department to find optimal solutions for customers
- Participate in trade fairs, customer meetings, and other relevant industry events
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes
Requirements
- Experience in active B2B sales, preferably within electrical, automation, or related fields
- Good technical understanding
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey solutions to different customer groups
- Structured, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Good proficiency in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
