About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote rentals by handling telephone and personal inquiries
  • Assist Property Manager with financial controls, cash management, and bank deposits
  • Manage new renter and vacate transactions
  • Collect past due accounts and monitor security systems
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, including office, units, and grounds
  • Perform minor maintenance and re-supply the facility
  • Manage U-Haul operations, including truck rentals and reservations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two years of related business experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
  • Reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance for errands and bank deposits
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background screening and drug test
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of college
  • Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
