About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote rentals by handling telephone and personal inquiries
- Assist Property Manager with financial controls, cash management, and bank deposits
- Manage new renter and vacate transactions
- Collect past due accounts and monitor security systems
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including office, units, and grounds
- Perform minor maintenance and re-supply the facility
- Manage U-Haul operations, including truck rentals and reservations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two years of related business experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Reliable vehicle and proof of liability insurance for errands and bank deposits
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background screening and drug test
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of college
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
