About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote rentals by handling telephone and personal inquiries
- Assist Property Manager with financial controls, cash management, and bank deposits
- Manage U-Haul operations, including truck rentals, cleaning, and reservations
- Collect past due accounts and manage delinquencies
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including office, units, and grounds
- Perform minor maintenance and monitor physical facility conditions
- Complete new renter and vacate transactions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two years of related business experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with liability insurance
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Ability to walk the property and climb up to 4 flights of stairs
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to pass drug test and background screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of college
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
