About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee contract requirements, training, and development implementation
- Develop and implement site-specific security training and policies
- Manage and develop operations team members and security personnel
- Forecast and implement training programs for existing and new deliverables
- Monitor, update, and review client-specific processes and training metrics
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with uniforms and equipment
- Manage recruitment, hiring, and training of officers to ensure coverage
- Address employee relations, payroll concerns, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate with Account Managers and clients through regular business reviews
Requirements
- Must have a California Guard Card
- Experience as a professional trainer and public speaker
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to capture data and manage employee metrics
- Experience managing security personnel and scheduling
