Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of integrated security systems such as fire and intrusion alarms
- Daily customer contact with a focus on creating and managing customer relationships
- Ensuring that quality and security requirements are met
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent in electricity, telecommunications, or alarm systems
- A few years of experience as a security technician
- Good knowledge in areas such as intrusion and fire alarms, CCTV, access control, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
