Security Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact, cross-functional special projects spanning organizational boundaries
• Own the Security organization's annual and quarterly planning cycles
• Drive prioritization and communication of security asks across stakeholders
• Define and own the Security team's KPI framework, covering risk posture and program health
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership visibility
• Establish and improve operating cadences like All Hands and OKR check-ins
• Act as a thought partner to security leadership on org design and process improvement

Requirements

• 8+ years of TPM experience with a security context (security engineering, GRC, product security, or infra security)
• Strong understanding of security to engage technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Track record of operating with high autonomy
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
