About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers ensuring adherence to policies and legal requirements
- Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours
- Lead incident management and emergency escalation
- Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations
- Ensure effective execution of patrols, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response
- Coordinate daily post rotations, task assignments, and breaks
- Monitor staff performance and welfare through regular post visits
