Security Systems Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and enhance global physical security infrastructure including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security technologies and related server infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve maintenance tickets to ensure system integrity.
• Manage daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, including overseeing vendor site visits and validating completed work.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and provide after-hours support as required.

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• 3-5 years of related experience in security systems or a similar technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, tickets, and projects simultaneously.
