About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installations and ongoing maintenance for security systems including intrusion alarms, video surveillance, and access control solutions
- Diagnose and repair systems and troubleshoot technical issues identified during inspections
- Engage with customers, contractors, and vendors to provide superior service
- Conduct site surveys to assess needs for new installations or retrofits and prepare equipment lists
Requirements
- Experience or training in intrusion alarms, video surveillance, and access control systems
- Valid State of Texas Alarm Systems Installer license and/or Electronic Access Control Device Installer License (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass government, federal, and customs background checks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
