Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers to protect casino property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry
• Safeguard Team Members, guests, and casino assets
• Manage staff activities including hiring recommendations, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor access management systems and issue employee badges
• Patrol internal and external perimeters of the casino
• Monitor gaming activities for adherence to company policies
• Complete daily shift and incident reports
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional conduct

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four years of security or related experience
• Two years of supervisory experience or training
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured
• Ability to pass use of force training within three months of hire
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical
• Ability to obtain a gaming license per LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission regulations
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and special events

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of gaming policies, procedures, and casino operations
