Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and client facility management
• Train staff on emergency response, evacuation protocols, hazmat guidelines, and fire safety
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, protocols, and performance standards
• Conduct site inspections and document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns
• Manage security-related equipment and patrol vehicles to ensure proper maintenance
• Support emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness

Requirements

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff
• Background in the security industry, military, or law enforcement
• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screenings
• Compliance with all local licensing requirements
