Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise all security personnel assigned to the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am - 2:00pm)
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and coordinate coverage for call-offs and emergencies
• Conduct routine patrols and site inspections to verify officer performance and property security
• Act as the primary point of contact for all shift security operations

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of security experience
• Previous supervisory or lead officer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in report writing and basic computer systems (incident reporting, access control, CCTV)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background, fingerprint, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Military or law enforcement background
