Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the site's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) area regarding occupational safety, process safety, and emergency response
• Coordinate and execute emergency response programs, including training and drills
• Lead regulatory compliance for occupational safety in accordance with applicable legislation
• Ensure compliance with internal safety policies, including fire safety, occupational safety, and Process Safety Management (PSM)
• Manage contractor safety to ensure compliance with guidelines while on-site
• Provide EHS training to personnel
• Participate in EHS audits and follow up on findings and action plans
• Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action tracking

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of EHS or safety experience in the food, chemical, or manufacturing industry
• Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations
• EHS certifications (e.g., emergency response, first aid, or related)
• Knowledge of occupational safety, process safety, and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the chemical or food ingredients industrial sector
• Knowledge of SAP
• Strong ability to influence and promote EHS standards within an operation
