Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations, including organizing schedules and activities for security officers.
• Manage access control for personnel, visitors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring strict entry/exit logs.
• Oversee scale weighing processes for all materials entering or leaving the plant.
• Ensure all providers comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Administer the utility vehicle fleet, including maintenance scheduling and legal documentation.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct perimeter patrols to detect vulnerabilities or theft risks.
• Ensure compliance with C-TPAT and OEA international security standards and assist with audits.
• Coordinate executive protection logistics and transportation.
• Respond to plant emergencies and evacuations following established protocols.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly security metrics and incident reports via corporate portals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial security supervision.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency for corporate reporting and communication.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage crisis situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring and fleet administration.
• Solid understanding of C-TPAT and OEA certification requirements.
