Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day physical security operations across multiple sites to ensure consistent application of standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for security systems, including Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), and Incident Management platforms.
• Manage security incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Draft and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and lead operational workshops with field teams.
• Perform regular on-site inspections and assess the operational maturity of security teams.
• Supervise access management processes and support access recertification campaigns.
• Support internal and external security audits by providing reliable evidence and structured reports.
• Monitor the performance of external security service providers to ensure compliance with service levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in physical security operations.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical knowledge of Access Control Systems and Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Experience in conducting security audits and managing compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel regularly across multiple sites and participate in on-call duty.
• Strong analytical mindset with a high level of rigor and attention to detail.

• Experience working in regulated or high-risk environments.
• Experience in field supervision, training, and conducting operational workshops.
