Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk analysis, audits, and training sessions at assigned bank branches.
• Perform regular branch visits to evaluate security protocols and mitigate risks.
• Provide immediate response and follow-up for emergencies involving employees, branches, or ATMs.
• Monitor security devices and CCTV systems to detect and report technical failures.
• Manage incidents related to security providers and coordinate with local authorities.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce security incidents within the assigned region.
• Maintain administrative controls and documentation as required by the security management.
• Provide 24/7 support for critical emergencies occurring at branch locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in process of obtaining degree).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within banking institutions.
• Proven expertise in physical banking security and risk analysis methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV management and branch security systems.
• Understanding of banking regulations and civil protection protocols (signage, brigades, and emergency equipment).
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Availability to travel and work on-site in the CDMX region.
