Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual risk analyses, audits, and training sessions at bank branches.
• Perform regular branch visits to evaluate security protocols and mitigate risks.
• Provide emergency response and follow-up for employees, branches, and ATMs.
• Monitor security devices and report technical failures to the appropriate departments.
• Manage incidents involving security service providers and coordinate with authorities.
• Develop strategies to reduce regional security incidents based on data analysis.
• Maintain availability to support branch emergencies 24/7, 365 days a year.
• Collaborate with high-level management and marketing departments for special events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working within banking institutions.
• Proven expertise in physical banking security.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., Article 96, Banking Institutions Law).
• Proficiency in CCTV management and branch security systems.
• Experience handling banking incidents such as robberies, intrusions, or ATM theft.
• Knowledge of civil protection, including emergency brigades and fire extinction equipment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Willingness to travel as required.
