Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall security and residential safety needs of the community
• Lead Security associates, assign tasks, and monitor day to day activities
• Assist the Resident Services Manager with performance management, evaluations, and disciplinary processes
• Manage scheduling to ensure full coverage
• Maintain familiarity with telephone, Arial, camera control, and access control computers
• Perform Security Officer duties including responding to events, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of three years of related security experience
• CPR/AED Certification
• First Aid Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience
