Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise security operations and personnel on-site
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports
• Provide exceptional customer service to mall patrons and staff
• Facilitate progressive change and follow operational directions to improve site safety

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to clear a criminal background check
• Minimum of 2 years of security experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Valid state guard license
• Valid driver's license
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including stair climbing and lifting up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification
