Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests, employees, property, and company assets
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular security inspections
• Manage incidents and maintain strict security standards and procedures
• Implement a proactive approach to ensure the highest level of safety for guests, vendors, and suppliers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar security capacity
• Valid certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management, and Basic Fire Fighting
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity
• Ability to remain calm and react quickly in emergency situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Professional grooming and well-presented appearance
