About the role
Responsibilities
- Alarm processing in a leading alarm management system
- Data maintenance including creation, updates, and deletions
- Various reportings in German and English
- Coordination of alarm responders and security services in cooperation with the client
- Image data backup for official inquiries
Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist for protection and security (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit)
- Professional German skills (minimum C1)
- Very good English skills (minimum B2)
- IT and PC literacy
- Clean police certificate
- High level of responsibility and service orientation
- Resilience, teamwork, and flexibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of weapons proficiency (Waffensachkunde)
