Security Specialist Personal Protection

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security concepts, procedures, and protocols tailored to personal and event protection
• Integrate digitalization processes into security workflows
• Assess potential risks and derive effective protective measures to ensure person safety
• Maintain composure in critical situations, provide clear instructions, and document incidents precisely
• Proactively ensure the safety of individuals and the smooth running of events
• Collaborate closely with other security personnel, drivers, and external partners

Requirements

• Completed training as a security specialist or comparable qualification in security and protection
• Practical experience in personal protection and security protocols
• Ability to assess risks and develop effective protective measures
• Knowledge of legal frameworks (e.g., self-defense/assistance) in personal protection
• Proficiency in standard MS applications; PowerBI knowledge is desirable
• Good physical condition and stamina for physical security requirements
• High ethical standards and absolute discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to make sound decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel for business
• Very good written and spoken German and English
