About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain physical security systems, including hardware installation, configuration, and programming.
- Troubleshoot and address issues with system components such as CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Conduct system testing in UAT and production environments for application and equipment upgrades.
- Collaborate with management, local business units, and internal IT groups to improve office security needs.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to support security equipment and applications.
- Assist with security investigations, including data retention and evidence distribution.
- Prepare training materials and end-user guides for security equipment and applications.
- Provide documentation and reports for internal and external compliance audits.
- Maintain inventory of all security equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Proven hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify equipment malfunctions.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- College or University degree and/or relevant professional work experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week (7:30am - 4:00pm).

- Basic knowledge of risk management and physical security principles.
- Experience working within a large organizational setting.
