Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor property utilizing GDBA Command Center tools and technology
• Screen visitors and vendors to control access to protected sites
• Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and during travel
• Provide secure transportation as needed
• Survey and prepare locations prior to client arrival
• Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity
• Maintain readiness to meet any threat

Requirements

• Ability to pass physical readiness test (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, 800m run)
• Ability to swim
• Must be drug and nicotine free
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing
• Completion of 12-Day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX

Preferred Qualifications

• Military background
• Law enforcement experience
• Executive protection or security experience

Benefits

• $15,000 employer contribution for First-Year Associates
