Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor property while utilizing GDBA Command Center tools and technology
• Screen visitors and vendors; control all access to protected sites
• Coordinate and execute security plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Provide physical protection and logistical support at clients' homes and during travel
• Provide secure transportation and survey locations prior to client arrival
• Prepare detailed documentation of suspicious activity
• Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat

Requirements

• Complete 12-Day Introductory Training Academy in San Antonio, TX
• Pass physical readiness test including pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and 800m run
• Swimming proficiency
• Drug and nicotine free
• Pass background check
• Obtain appropriate state firearm and security licensing

Preferred Qualifications

• Collegiate or professional athlete
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NCSF, ACSM)
• Military Fitness Trainer or Force Fitness Instructor experience
• Bodybuilding, Pilates, Yoga, Olympic Powerlifting, HYROX, or CrossFit experience

• First-year base earnings no less than $79,000; up to $94,000 with experience and performance
• Best in Class 401k Retirement Plan with $15,000 employer contribution for First-Year Associates
• $3,000 employer contribution each year thereafter
• 10% no-limit matching for all contributing Associates
