Security Specialist/Alternate Site Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Enforce and monitor security procedures to ensure compliance with government and company policies regarding physical access, clearances, and documentation
• Act as an ICD-705 Subject Matter Expert, managing SCIF accreditation documents, intrusion detection systems, and construction security plans
• Interface with program managers and maintain liaison with US Government Program Security Officers
• Develop and implement security procedures and conduct security briefings and education programs
• Investigate security violations and losses, recommending corrective actions as needed
• Ensure the proper destruction of classified and proprietary information in accordance with DCSA and NSA standards

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
• Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
• Subject Matter Expertise in ICD-705
• Knowledge of and experience with DoDM 5105.21 and DoDM 5205.07
• Completion of the SSM training course (28+ hours) and the CST course (40+ hours)
• Ability to work independently and flex schedule to meet business needs, including occasional surges beyond normal hours
