Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site and manage a team of 8-10 security officers
• Handle scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development for staff
• Manage escalated security issues and emergency situations
• Reconcile logs, review incident reports, and coordinate preliminary investigations
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general patrols of the property in various weather conditions
• Record data regarding property damage, unusual occurrences, and equipment malfunctions

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Security License (if required by state) and driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs
