Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations at a premier commercial office building
• Manage a team of 10 security officers including scheduling, payroll, and training
• Handle escalated security issues and emergency situations
• Develop staff through performance management and coaching
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general patrols of the property in various weather conditions
• Record data regarding property damage, unusual occurrences, and equipment malfunctions
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience as a security officer or in a related field
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Security License (if required by state) and driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform foot patrols in inclement weather
