Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training
• Ensure contract compliance and quality of service through regular inspections of personnel
• Manage administrative tasks such as payroll, incident report reviews, and post order maintenance
• Provide direction, instruction, and disciplinary actions or commendations to subordinates
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications as required by site protocols
• Make recommendations for productivity improvements, cost reductions, and physical security surveys

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of verifiable supervisory experience in a security-related industry (or equivalent experience via military service, auxiliary police, or an Associate's degree)
• Ability to pass state-required training and licensing qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict mediation skills
• Ability to operate radio, telephone, or console monitoring equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer
