Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met for all personnel
• Maintain quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections of security personnel
• Perform operational tasks such as payroll, incident report review, and assisting with security surveys
• Provide direction, instruction, and disciplinary actions or commendations to subordinates
• Respond to client requests and make emergency notifications according to site Post Orders
• Make recommendations for productivity, cost reduction, and physical security improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of supervisory experience (specifically in security-related industry or military/police service)
• Ability to pass state-required training and licensing tests
• Good driving record
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict mediation abilities
• Ability to operate radio, telephone, or console monitoring equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer
