Security Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors to guard against theft
• Write reports of daily activities, irregularities, and unusual occurrences
• Conduct mobile patrols and monitor assigned lots to maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property
• Effectively utilize access control systems and CCTV systems
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Previous security supervisor experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks including walking 5-10 miles per shift
• Ability to work in inclement weather
