Security Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on assigned shifts
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, and coaching
• Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
• Reconcile logs, review incident reports, and coordinate preliminary investigations
• Maintain access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems
• Conduct general patrols of the property in various weather conditions
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty

Requirements

• At least 1 year of continuous supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of prior experience as a security officer or related field
• Valid Security License (if required by state) and driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to work weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 3pm-11pm)
