Security Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support security personnel during assigned shifts
• Schedule staff and ensure full security coverage across the site
• Ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and security protocols
• Conduct regular security patrols and facility inspections
• Respond to and investigate incidents, emergencies, and complaints
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Train and mentor new security staff
• Work closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification
• Valid Ontario G-Class Driver's License
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check
• Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination and completed immunization record
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare security experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certifications or willingness to complete training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Lead
• Post-secondary education in Security, Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field
