Security Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct security staff to ensure high performance and adherence to site protocols
• Conduct regular post inspections and verify uniform and grooming standards
• Manage officer areas and coordinate meal and break relief schedules
• Perform staff evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
• Respond to all emergencies and incidents per site Emergency Response Plans
• Review and revise Zinc reports for accuracy
• Manage Tracktik Patrols to ensure facility coverage
• Perform weekly badge access and escorting audits

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing a security team
• Active BSIS California Guard Card
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in security systems such as CCTV and Access Control
• Experience with Tracktik patrol software
• Understanding of Incident Command Systems (ICS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior supervision of large-scale studio accounts
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Completion of EHS and HAZMAT response training
