Security Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of uniform guards to ensure shifts are covered and timekeeping is adhered to
• Coach and develop staff through performance management, recognition, and evaluations
• Train agents on Post Orders and ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are met
• Provide input for security planning, revision of Post Orders, and loss reports
• Respond to conflicts, medical emergencies, operational emergencies, or natural disasters
• Review and audit team reports for accuracy and compliance with evidence standards
• Ensure team maintains grooming and uniform standards
• Meet regularly with management and client representatives to review program status
• Safeguard confidential information, keys, and access control equipment

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience supervising teams
• Current California Guard Card License
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in basic computer and smartphone usage
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• At least one year of experience in security, mobile patrol, or event staff roles
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds
